SIG FOUR-STAR 20 EP KIT

Building on the 20-year reputation of the original Four-Star line of great SIG sport airplanes, we bring you this highly-requested version designed for electric power. Like it’s older siblings it retains the easy and relaxed flying characteristics of the Four-Stars. Open the throttle and increase the control throws and it will do about any wild maneuver your thumbs can dream up. Add to this the portability of a smaller size and the quietness and convenience of electric power and you have another winner for sport flying. While designed for electric power, it is configured to easily convert to glow engine power in the .15 to .25-engine range so you have the best of both worlds.

Great plane
We purchased this plane for our 14 year old and he is still building it. So far he has wings ready and he loves it. All parts fit perfectly, instructions are very clear and easy. He is already looking at different, bigger SIG planes. Highly recommended.

Fun in form of an RC ariplane!
Not only is it fun to fly, it's a blast to put together!! It's great with father and son to build!(That's what i did!) The instructions is somewhat easy to understand and with good example pictures. For me, it took about four months to build, so it's not a over night project. In the end you'll get a airplane that fly's as good as it look's!

Old Man
I have built Sig planes since 1984, including the Astro Hog, Cub, Cadet, and a few others. In recent years I have assembled ARFs. Looking for a project to keep me busy during the long Indiana months, I ordered the Four Star. The kit is OUTSTANDING! Laser cut part sheets are such an improvement over the old "Die Crunch" sheets found in most kits of the 80's & 90's. I find I really have to pace myself in construction to make the project last the couple months. (I Could knock it out in a couple weeks) Instructions are complete, and easy to follow. I DO plan to make a battery hatch on the top. And I'll add wheel pants. Flying.. Having flown 35% gassers to the electric 3-D acrobats, which I am flying now, I expect no suprises with the Four Star. Come Spring, I'll confirm that it is the "Spirited Pussycat" as expected, then give it to one of the eager youngsters in our area....croz

Four-Star 20 EP
I did complete the Sig plane. It was a present for a flying friend of mine. I used the Himax motor suggested and covered it yellow. It looks and fly great, so much so I currently have a 40 EP on order. Thank you.
