SIG KADET SENIOR EG ARF - Redesigned for Electric or Glow Power!

Undoubtedly the most beautiful and enjoyable trainer airplane ever made, the SIG KADET SENIOR has literally helped tens of thousands of R/C pilots earn their wings. And, different than most trainers that are quickly outgrown, years later the Kadet Senior will still be one of your favorite planes to fly. It is notorious for its slow, leisurely flying personality, capable of touch & go landings at near glacial speeds. It has huge 2-piece wings that are IMAA-legal with a wingspan of 80.5", providing incredible lift. The SIG KADET SENIOR ARF is a perfect choice to mount a GoPro video camera, as it is very apt for taking on extra weight. It will also pull banners or glider tows, take floats for water takeoffs & landings, do parachute drops, perform night flights with lights, or even FPV (First Person Video).

The craftsmanship of the SIG KADET SENIOR ARF is evident in every detail of its construction. The Kadet Senior frame structure is made from quality SIG balsa and other woods, which shows through the transparent UltraCote® premium covering, available in red or blue. The KADET SENIOR EG ARF comes 90% assembled with a complete hardware package and SIG's famous fully-illustrated, step-by-step assembly manual to easily guide you from box to air!

Kadet Senior EG ARF
This plane is the best training plane I ever had , me and my wife have three of them unfortunately we lost two and we scare to lose the one left, I tried to buy another one and found out that it's discontinued , its a shame that sig is not building it anymore, so want to ask Sig to keep building this plane, hope many people agree on this and joins us to bring the Kadet to the market again to enjoy this plane.

Kadet Senior Review
I purchased the Kadet Senior ARF about 2 weeks ago and, when it arrived a few days later, was pleasantly surprised by the product. This is the first SIG product I have Tri-Star in 2002, didn't know what to expect. It has been assembled (about nine hours) and flown (three 15-18 minute flights. No substitution was made for any parts provided by Sig. I highly recommend the Kadet Senior ARF for anyone wanting any easy to see, easy to fly (could be used as a trainer), and sport aerobatic plane (loops, barrel rolls, stall turns, Cuba 8s, etc.). Pro: Excellent cutting, covering and fit of parts user must install. Control surfaces already mounted. Flew with out trim changes with center of gravity and control throws set according to the manual. Con: This is nit picking, especially since they work quite well, but the wheels included look cheap. They will be replaced, partly due to their looks but mostly because the flying field is grass 2-4 inches high and larger wheels work better for take off acceleration.

SIG Kadet Senior ARF
I received my plane the other day. I had to leave town soon after its arrival. I was very impressed with both the speed in which the package arrived and the quality of the box in which it arrived in. I like the way the parts were arranged in in the box which lead to them arriving safety. Thanks I will let you know when build is completed. Thanks form a happy customer.

Kadet Senior
I bought a Kadet Senior ARF as a plane to teach my grandkids to fly with. What surprised me is that it became my favorite everyday flyer. It is a pleasure to fly and a breeze to land. The only thing more relaxing is a beer and a lawnchair! There isn't a better trainer plane made, and I've flown them all. A big recommendation on this one.
